About My Clients
As a therapist I work with you to help you find your way through your struggles, your challenges, and to your ultimate life. With several years of experience I have helped people with anger issues, difficulties with infidelity, grief, stages of life struggles, anxiety, depression, and experience with trauma.
My Background and Approach
Throughout my career, starting in 2017 as an intern in Orange County, California, I have worked with a wide range of ages and struggles, from young children, teens, adults, couples, and families navigating the process of reuniting or separating. Helping children understand their emotions and verbalize them as they learn to emotionally regulate and face their challenges with support and skills learned in therapy. Helping teens and adults to understand where they are at in life and where they want to go, with the processing of past struggles and trauma, building up skills and confidence to cope with all struggles in life. My approach is to see the client within their family dynamics, social dynamics, and society dynamics, that are impacting the client internally and externally. I approach sessions with the plan to meet the client where they are at, walk alongside them and assist them to reach their goal, and give them the practical tools to apply outside of sessions.
