About My Clients
I work best with teens (15+) and adults who feel overwhelmed by anxiety, stress, or self-doubt and want help understanding what’s happening beneath the surface. I also work well with couples who are open to reflection, learning new skills, and practicing changes both in and outside of sessions. Even if things feel tense or unclear right now, couples who are willing to engage in the process often see meaningful improvement.

I strive to create a warm, nonjudgmental environment where you can show up as you are. Therapy with me isn’t about fixing you—it’s about helping you build insight, resilience, and healthier relationships with yourself and others. I specialize in helping clients better understand their anxiety and develop practical tools to manage it, so it feels less controlling and more manageable. Rather than focusing on quick fixes, we work to understand patterns, build emotional awareness, and create lasting change. Clients often describe working with me as supportive, calm, and collaborative. I take time to truly understand your experiences and what feels most important to you. Sessions balance validation, insight, and practical strategies you can use outside of therapy. I believe therapy should be a space where you can be honest, even when things feel messy or hard to put into words. We move at a pace that feels safe and manageable for where you're at in life.
