My Personal Beliefs and Interests
believe people heal when they feel genuinely seen, heard, and safe enough to be themselves. I don’t believe therapy is about fixing people or telling them who they should become. It’s about creating space to understand where you’ve been, what you’re carrying, and what matters to you—and helping you move toward a life that feels more authentic and connected. I value curiosity over judgment, presence over performance, and compassion without pretending that growth is always comfortable or easy. I also believe our differences matter and deserve to be approached with humility and respect. My role isn’t to impose my worldview on you, but to understand yours. I want therapy to be a place where you can bring the complicated, messy, funny, painful, uncertain, and hopeful parts of yourself without having to perform. You don’t have to have everything figured out before you walk through the door. Come as you are. Shine as you are.
