As your counselor-in-training, we will work together to establish a collaborative healing relationship while addressing your concerns and creating improvement and life changes. I offer individual adult, couples and family counseling services.
My Background and Approach
I am pursuing a Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the Townsend Institute at Concordia University Irvine. My undergraduate degree is in Computer Science from Stanford University. The foundation of my theoretical orientation lies within humanistic, psychodynamic, and attachment-based therapeutic approaches informed by family systems theory and trauma-informed lenses.
