I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 6 years of experience providing psychotherapy. I utilize various treatment approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma Focused Interpersonal Therapy (IPT), Motivational Interviewing, Solution Focused Therapy, Reality Testing and mindfulness techniques.
