About My Clients
You may be successful on the outside yet feel stuck, disconnected, or uncertain about who you are or where you’re headed. Many of the people I work with are thoughtful and self-aware, but find themselves repeating patterns, struggling in relationships, or weighed down by anxiety, grief, or emptiness. Therapy can be a space to move beyond coping and cultivate a more authentic connection with yourself.

My approach is grounded in depth psychology, drawing from humanistic, existential, and Jungian traditions. Rather than focusing solely on symptoms, we explore emotions, patterns, and meaning to better understand what’s shaping your life and relationships. At the heart of my approach is a collaborative relationship. I work to create a space where you can be fully yourself without pressure. Growth unfolds at your pace, guided by what feels most alive and important to you. While our work may be deep, it is also practical, helping you develop a greater sense of meaning and emotional resilience.
