About My Clients

I work with individuals and couples navigating (in)fertility, pregnancy loss, pregnancy, postpartum, and the transition to parenthood. Many of my clients are also working through the toll that chronic or acute reproductive health issues take on their bodies, relationships, and sense of self, and are looking for a space to feel less alone in carrying it.

My Background and Approach

I'm an integrative therapist specializing in perinatal and reproductive mental health, working with individuals and couples navigating (in)fertility, pregnancy loss, pregnancy, postpartum, and relationship trauma. My work draws on EMDR, relational, and attachment-focused approaches, along with a whole-body lens, incorporating somatic tools to help shift you out of chronic survival mode and back into a sense of safety in your body. With couples, I help partners move out of cycles of frustration and withdrawal, communicate as a team, and reconnect after the compounding stress of reproductive and perinatal changes. You are the expert of your own life and body, and so our work together is always collaborative. I meet you where you are, we process where you have been at your pace, and we build a plan forward together.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I also consider mental health care as a significant part of our holistic well being. While our experiences and identities will vary, I approach therapy as an opportunity to hold space with awareness of how systems and social factors shape our individual and collective experiences. I work from a trauma-informed, culturally-competent, affirming care lens and primary focus is creating a safe space for my clients. I am passionate about this specialty because it is personal to me. In my early years as a therapist, I navigated personal challenges with infertility, reproductive trauma, pregnancy, and postpartum. These experiences strengthened my desire to focus my clinical work on supporting others in their fertility and reproductive health journeys. Beyond my specialties, my clinical background is working with anxiety, depression, OCD, neurodivergence, complex trauma, and domestic violence. I have worked with children, families, and adults across a diverse range of therapeutic settings.
