With a background in mental health counseling, my approach is rooted in trauma-informed care and guided by a deep respect for each individual's unique story. I use an integrative blend of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and person-centered therapy to help clients explore their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors in a safe and supportive space.
