About My Clients
I have extensive experience working with adults in various life transitions such as career transitions, relationship concerns, or grief/loss. Most of my clients have struggles with adjusting to these changes, which can manifest as depression, anxiety, or PTSD-symptoms.
My Background and Approach
I am a person-centered therapist that utilizes narrative approaches and systemic theory to guide my work. We don't live in a vacuum, and we often struggle within different systems' dynamics and expectations. I am also trauma-informed and EMDR trained for those who feel 'stuck' and have difficulty moving past issues with traditional talk therapy.
