For the last year I have been assisting as a clinical intern at a local residential and outpatient facility for addiction, specializing in attachment and CBT. Addiction is an illness that should be treated like any other physical ailment/illness, but doesn't. In my clinical research, I have been working with clients to promote community perspectives on addiction and their own sober journeys.

Although anxiety and depression work very differently in the body, they often go hand-in-hand. I have been specializing in both since the start of my practice in 2023 and have been working with clients to identify mindfulness techniques and coping skills to work with these issues. We will work together to manage symptoms, improve self talk, and increase emotional resilience. My approach is warm and supportive, while also focused on creating meaningful progress.

I specialize in PTSD and Grief/Loss. I understand the pain and torment that comes with both and how to navigate them through daily life. I have constructed an environment that is trauma-informed and have obtained trauma-informed training to ensure the best possible care I can to clients

DBT helps clients build distress tolerance, regulate emotions, and improve interpersonal effectiveness. I use DBT to support those who feel emotionally overwhelmed or disconnected, integrating mindfulness, and real world skill-building to bring balance between acceptance and change

I use CBT through a trauma-informed lens, helping clients recognize how past experiences influence current thought patterns, emotions, and behaviors. Together, we explore these patterns with care and curiosity to gently reframe beliefs that may have been shaped by trauma. This work supports healing by fostering insight, emotional regulation, and meaningful change in how clients relate to themselves and the world.

I work with individuals navigating substance use and recovery, drawing from my experience in both residential and outpatient setings. I understand addiction as a complex, layered experience, often rooted in trauma, pain, or disconnection. My approach includes relapse prevention, emotional regulation, and building a supportive nonjudgemental foundation for long-term recovery

I specialize in working with individuals who have experienced trauma, including complex and developmental trauma. My approach is gentle, relational, and paced according to your comfort and needs. I help clients understand the impact of trauma on their nervous system, process painful memories safely, and rebuild a sense of internal safety, control and trust, both in themselves and other.s

I provide compassionate, experienced support for individuals struggling with addiction, including co-occuring trauma and mental health concerns. Drawing from my work in both residential and outpatient treatment settings, I help clients navigate sobriety, process underlying pain, develop relapse prevention skills, and move toward a more connected, fulfilling life in recovery
