About My Clients

Are you searching to find your place in the world? Do you question whether or not you even know who you are, what you want, and what you need? I get it, it’s both exciting and scary to invest in your relationship with yourself. Therapy can provide you with a non-judgemental space to reflect on your past, understand your present, and move towards increased authenticity in the future. I look forward to getting to know you as you get to know yourself.

My Background and Approach

My approach is highly personalized and relational. Your engagement is key. I work collaboratively with you to explore your experience with curiosity and build on your existing strengths to navigate challenges. While individual goals vary, I aim to leave each client with increased understanding, curiosity, and compassion for their whole self.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

While I have dedicated much of my clinical experience to working with ADHD and LGBTQIA+ clients, my clinical experience extends to working with anxiety, neurodivergence, identity development, self-esteem, and body image. I provide telehealth counseling in both Oregon and Washington state. Don't hesitate to reach out or set-up a consult to find out more.
