About My Clients

If you’re a Millennial or Gen Z woman balancing work, motherhood, or constant expectations, you may find yourself functioning on the outside while feeling tense, overwhelmed, or disconnected on the inside. Many women I work with are used to carrying a heavy mental and emotional load, managing responsibilities, relationships, and others’ needs while quietly ignoring their own. Over time, pushing through can become the norm, and slowing down can start to feel unfamiliar or even unsafe.

My Background and Approach

Therapy with me is warm, steady, and collaborative. My approach is relational and trauma-informed, combining attachment-focused work, tools that support nervous system regulation, and practical coping strategies to help in daily life. Together, we’ll make sense of the patterns that keep you overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure of what you need. You’ll learn ways to calm your body, understand your triggers, and navigate stressful moments with more clarity and confidence. As we explore what’s been heavy, I’ll listen for what’s said and unsaid, offering compassion, reflection, and guidance to help you make sense of your experiences. My goal is to create a supportive, grounded space where you can show up exactly as you are. You don’t need to have anything figured out. We’ll move at your pace, building the inner resources and self-trust you need to feel more connected to yourself and the life you want to live.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe you are the expert of your own life, and my role is to listen deeply and support your growth. We’re all shaped by experiences and systems that impact us differently, and healing grows when people feel safe, respected, and truly heard. I care about women’s mental health and understand that many of us carry the added weight of navigating systems that have not always honored our experiences. In my work, I center on your story and lived experience, not my assumptions, and I aim to create a space where your voice leads the process. I also believe rest is essential, connection is healing, and no one should have to carry everything alone. I show up warm, steady, and human, meeting each person where they are with curiosity and care.
