About My Clients
I have been working as a licensed mental health counselor since 2016 with a focus on anxiety, depression, neurodiversity (ADHD & Autism Spectrum), and working with the myriad of challenges that adolescent girls go through (self harm, suicidality, friendship issues, self-esteem issues, and academic pressure to name a few).
My Background and Approach
My approach is a structured mash-up of empirically validated techniques (CBT focused) and my own intuition. I strive to create a safe space for individuals from all walks of life and approach my work with open-minded curiosity.
