About My Clients
I help adults navigating trauma, grief, anxiety, and relational struggles reconnect with themselves and the world around them. My approach is collaborative, trauma-informed, and mindfulness-based, with a focus on healing patterns, cultivating self-compassion, and creating more authentic, fulfilling ways of living.
My Background and Approach
I approach therapy through a blend of clinical knowledge, lived experience, intuition, mindfulness, and mind-body connection. My background in psychology, somatic psychotherapy, movement, and contemplative practices allows me to support clients in understanding not only their thoughts, but also the ways stress, trauma, grief, and relational wounds lives within the body and nervous system. My work is influenced by movement, nature, cultural exploration, and Buddhist-informed perspectives that emphasize compassion, presence, and curiosity rather than judgment. I hold a Master's degree in Clinical Community Psychology and have training in somatic psychotherapy, Somatic Experiencing, dance/movement therapy, and mind-body integration. I work best with thoughtful, deep-feeling individuals who sense that the ways they have been surviving are no longer sustainable and are seeking a more connected, authentic, and meaningful way of living.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
My values center around connection to self, nature, and the larger world around us. Outside of therapy, I enjoy spending time outdoors, traveling, connecting with animals, movement practices, and learning from diverse cultures and perspectives. I am deeply drawn to mindfulness, compassion, and creating spaces where people can slow down, feel safe, and reconnect with who they are beneath survival, performance, or expectation.
