Whether its burn-out, anxiety, getting you back on your life path, or navigating life's curve balls (like divorce), you deserve to feel so much better than you do right now. I consider myself a teacher and guide, who partners with you, because after all, you are the expert on you. Together, we'll get you through this tough time. I typically work with individual adults and couples. I have a nice mix of genders and am LBTQIA+ friendly.
My Background and Approach
Some clarity on the non-traditional stuff: I use traditional talk therapy and add a metaphysical twist. I've trained extensively in modern science and ancient arts. I combine them to move you from where you are, to where you want to be. I use tools like Intuition, Astrology, Acupressure and other options to add to flavor your therapy.
