About My Clients
My clients often feel overwhelmed by life’s demands, struggling with self-doubt, anxiety, relationship conflicts, or the pressure to meet expectations. They may feel misunderstood, stuck, or unsure of how to move forward. Whether you’re navigating personal challenges, family dynamics, or major life transitions, I provide a supportive space to explore your struggles, develop resilience, and create meaningful change. You don’t have to go through this alone—let’s find a path forward together.
My Background and Approach
I hold a Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy from Regent University and a BA in Child Development with minors in Communication Disorders and ASL from Central Michigan University. My approach is rooted in empathy, understanding, and evidence-based techniques like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Marriage & Family Therapy, and Person-Centered Therapy. I believe healing begins in a space where you feel seen and heard. Life doesn’t always go as planned, and when it feels overwhelming, I help you untangle emotions, identify patterns, and develop strategies for lasting change. My goal isn’t just to provide solutions but to empower you to become your own advocate. Whether working with individuals, couples, or families, I offer guidance to strengthen relationships, build confidence, and foster resilience. You don’t have to navigate life’s challenges alone—together, we’ll create a path toward healing, growth, and renewed purpose.
