I am an expert in young adult issues such as career problems, relationships & dating issues, sexual issues, and mental health episodes. Because of my extensive work with this age range, I can offer a wise, normalizing perspective. Most importantly, I really enjoy watching people build confidence while learning more about themselves. I infuse mindfulness, humor, and a humanistic approach into most sessions.
