About My Clients
I help clients navigate a wide range of concerns, including ADHD, anxiety, depression, relationship and parenting challenges, hoarding, neurodivergence and special needs, substance use, stress, trauma, chronic or sudden illness, and major life transitions.
My Background and Approach
I take a holistic, person-centered approach that recognizes the important connection between mental and physical health. My goal is to create a safe, nonjudgmental, and supportive space where you can feel heard, understood, and empowered to make meaningful changes. My approach is individualized and draws from evidence-based and integrative therapies, including mindfulness, motivational interviewing, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), psychodynamic approaches, somatic techniques, expressive therapies, and psychoeducation. I tailor these approaches to your unique experiences, strengths, needs, and goals. Whether you are seeking support for a specific challenge or simply feel ready for something to change, I believe therapy should be a collaborative process. Together, we can identify what is getting in the way, build on your strengths, and develop practical tools to support your emotional well-being and overall
