About My Clients

Do you feel weighed down by the stresses of daily life and long for a safe, supportive place to sort through what feels overwhelming? Maybe you’re struggling with the mental load of parenthood and being everything to everyone, and longing to feel understood, less alone, and to find ways to bring more balance and clarity into your life. Parenthood can be beautiful, but it can also bring moments of guilt, overwhelm, and questioning yourself.

My Background and Approach

I provide therapy to adults, parents, and caregivers who are feeling the weight of anxiety, parenting stress, trauma, relationship dynamics, or life changes that shake their sense of self. I offer an integrative approach, incorporating mindfulness, acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), attachment theory, and person-centered approaches. This allows me to tailor our work to your unique needs and goals rather than using a one-size-fits-all model. My approach is warm, collaborative, and rooted in the intention of meeting my clients where they are at. I believe that therapy works best when it feels like a partnership—where you feel heard, supported, and never judged. I also value creating a safe space where you can pause, breathe, and untangle the challenges you’ve been carrying. Together, we’ll focus not just on easing symptoms, but on building resilience, breaking unhealthy cycles, and creating more balance, clarity, and connection in your life.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe that everyone deserves a safe space where they feel truly supported, heard, and understood. Healing and change happen when we feel connected to others and accepted just as we are. My own journey as a mother of a neurodivergent child has shaped my passion for supporting parents, especially those raising children who experience the world in their own unique way. I understand the mental load of parenthood—the exhaustion of trying to get it “just right,” the desire to break painful cycles from your own upbringing, and the constant wondering if you are doing enough. Some days you may feel like you’re holding it together with a string and trying not to let the guilt and worry take over. My goal is to offer compassion, perspective, and encouragement so you don’t have to carry these struggles alone.
