I am a person-centered, holistic therapist dedicated to empowering you through a neuro-affirming, strength-based approach. My practice integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy with creative, restorative elements like art, play, and nature-based activities. I believe in honoring your unique journey and treating the whole person, helping you tap into your inherent strengths to achieve lasting wellness and growth. I begin therapy with an introductory session where we work together to clarify what you hope to gain. From there, I support you in finding your own best solutions to your unique situation. My approach is collaborative, respectful, and tailored to your needs—helping you build lasting skills and confidence as you move forward.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe and advocate for human rights for all people and support policies that move us towards that. I also believe that supportive, resilient communities create thriving people. I personally support my community through some of my hobbies/special interests, which include regenerative agriculture. I enjoy educating and empowering people to feed themselves and their families through food sovereignty. My other interests include horses/the equestrian community and dog sports with my Standard Poodle, Kodi.
