You're ready to start a mindfulness practice that gives you space to actually feel, acknowledge and let go of feelings. You want to be 100% authentic and alive in your own life; being yourself and feeling supported. You are done with your inner critic and ready for some calm and peace. I can help with this.
My Background and Approach
I take a holistic approach by utilizing meditation and mindfulness practices, and collaborating with you to help you meet your goals. I have been through meditation courses and still am a work in progress in making a self meditation routine. I am a quiet, calm therapist but can be directive in a gentle and kind way. I will work with you to calm racing thoughts; be more mindful and present in your life; be authentic and have a better sense of self; silence your inner critic and other things that you might wish to accomplish throughout therapy.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
As a queer therapist, I enjoy seeing other LGBTQAI+ individuals. I believe that one of the most important aspects of therapy is the relationship you build with your therapist. I know that you want someone to listen and be present in the moment and that you have a lot of the answers yourself but need to work through some things sometimes.
