About My Clients

Paramount to successful therapy is a readiness and commitment to change. I provide a safe environment for individuals to feel heard and seen in sharing their life and circumstances. I have over a decade of experience treating people with a wide variety of presenting concerns including depression, anxiety, stress, adjustment issues, and trauma.

My Background and Approach

By working in collaboration with each individual, I utilize the above strategies to reconnect individuals with their values to bring a better sense of meaning and purpose in their lives. Despite difficult events or stressors which have occurred or are ongoing, it is our ability to choose how to respond to our situations which impacts our well-being. I am a therapist at Octave, a behavioral health practice creating a new standard for mental health care that’s both high-quality and accessible.
