About My Clients
We all struggle at times to find balance in our relationships, careers and daily life. Our attachment styles, life experiences, relationships & trauma impact perceptions and patterns of thinking across our lifespan. In our work together, we will identify thoughts contributing to emotional discomfort, values and goals which direct actions and increase resiliency to allow you to flourish.
My Background and Approach
I am a holistic provider with over 30 years of civilian & military experience, looking at how nutrition, sleep and movement contribute to mental health. I utilize a combination of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance & Commitment Therapy and Mindfulness. We will examine the intersection of thoughts, feelings and behaviors, the conflict that arises when we are not living in accordance with our values and how we experience dissonance when dichotomy exists.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe we each have the inate ability to be resilient and overcome difficult history and situations. By identifying your values, we can work toward living in accordance with what is truly important to you to live a more authentic life.
