About My Clients

This gentle and highly effective body-mind modality, rooted in neuroscience, facilitates rapid healing and reminds our entire system that we have survived our past and are well-resourced in this present moment.
My Background and Approach
I welcome the opportunity to support clients as they navigate life and the many unexpected experiences we inevitably encounter. I believe each client is unique and deserves an individualized treatment experience developed around their personal goals and needs. I believe in the healing power of a supportive and non-judgmental therapeutic relationship where clients have the opportunity to express themselves freely and gain meaningful insight along the way. Through this collaborative effort we design a treatment plan, in unison, targeting areas of importance. I'm dual licensed in FL in Mental Health Counseling and Marriage & Family Therapy since 2013. I'm a Certified Addiction Professional since 2014. I primarily utilize Lifespan Integration Therapy and some traditional talk therapy to promote healing and improve wellbeing. I'm a Qualified Supervisor for registered interns in Florida pursuing MFT & MHC licenses.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
In an effort to bravely manifest a dream I've had for over a decade, I've officially opened my counseling private practice, In Unison, LLC. After personally experiencing the benefits of Lifespan Integration Therapy, I diligently pursued training in it as a clinician and I'm excited to share this modality with the world one client at a time. It has always been a sincere passion of mine to help others in their time of need. I aim to cultivate a safe space for clients to learn, grow, and heal. I am honored to be doing the work I do and I will continue to cherish the connections I make throughout my time counseling and supervising.
