About My Clients
My ideal clients are adults and couples who may be struggling with addiction or recovery, anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship concerns, low self-esteem, or major life transitions. You may feel overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure of how to move forward. I especially enjoy working with people who are ready to better understand themselves, break unhealthy patterns, strengthen relationships, and create meaningful change. You do not need to have everything figured out before starting therapy.
My Background and Approach
As an LPCA and LADC, I bring experience in behavioral health, addiction recovery, anxiety, trauma, depression, and relationship concerns. My background allows me to support clients who may be dealing with several challenges at once, especially when substance use and emotional health overlap. I use evidence-based approaches including CBT, motivational interviewing, and person-centered therapy. My goal is to help you better understand patterns, develop healthier coping skills, strengthen relationships, and feel more confident in the changes you are making. I believe therapy should feel supportive, practical, and tailored to you rather than like a one-size-fits-all approach.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe everyone deserves to be treated with dignity, compassion, and respect. I value honesty, personal growth, accountability, and meeting people where they are without judgment. I strive to create an inclusive and welcoming space for clients of different backgrounds, identities, beliefs, and life experiences. I also believe that recovery and healing are deeply personal, and there is no single path that works for everyone. My role is to support you in finding what works for you while helping you build confidence, healthier relationships, and a stronger sense of self.
