About My Clients
I work best with adults 18+ ready to work through complex trauma, life transitions, relationship issues, substance use, eating disorders, and self-esteem challenges. I offer a compassionate, person-centered approach, using IFS and EMDR to help shift old patterns and create lasting change. If you’re seeking a supportive space to grow, I’m here to help.
My Background and Approach
I am an LCSW, with a master’s degree earned in 2019, but I’ve worked in the mental health field since 2011. Over the years, I’ve supported clients through complex trauma, life transitions, relationship issues, substance use, eating disorders, body image concerns, and self-esteem challenges. My background in dual diagnosis and trauma-focused care allows me to understand how emotional pain, past experiences, and unwanted behaviors are often interconnected. I use a person-centered, attachment-based approach and integrate Internal Family Systems and EMDR to help clients process difficult memories, shift limiting beliefs, and build healthier internal patterns. Everything in my practice is aimed at helping you feel safe, understood, and empowered—so you can move toward healing, clarity, and a more grounded sense of self.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe deeply in every person’s capacity for growth, healing, and self-compassion. My work is guided by the values of authenticity, curiosity, and non-judgment, and I strive to create a space where all identities and lived experiences are respected and honored. I am an advocate for mental-health accessibility, trauma-informed care, and inclusive practices that support LGBTQ+ individuals, BIPOC communities, and anyone whose voice has felt overlooked or dismissed. I value ongoing learning, reflection, and showing up for others with empathy and integrity. At my core, I believe healing is a collaborative process, and I feel honored to walk alongside people as they reconnect with their strengths and build lives aligned with their values.
