About My Clients
I work exclusively with teenagers and young adults (ages 12-25). I often work with clients to assist them in identifying their values, identifying a meaningful life, developing coping skills, creating short-term and long-term goals, and working through past experiences and current distortions.
My Background and Approach
I strive to create a safe and open space for clients to develop a deeper understanding of themselves and how they interact with the world around them. I believe that it is crucial for all people to have a non-judgmental space to process and create change through acceptance and commitment. I've worked in depth with clients experiencing ADHD, anxiety, anger, bipolar, depression, eating disorders, mood disorders, behavior concerns, LGBTQ+ experience, and experiencing difficulties communicating with parents, siblings, and peers.
