About My Clients

Do you feel emotionally overwhelmed, stuck in familiar patterns, or unsure why certain relationships feel so hard? Maybe you’re navigating anxiety, family tension, identity questions, or a major transition and want space to slow things down and make sense of it all. I work with individuals, adolescents, children, and families who want deeper understanding, emotional steadiness, and relationships that feel more secure and authentic.

My Background and Approach

I am a therapist providing relational, attachment-informed care to individual adults, adolescents, children, and families. My work is grounded in psychodynamic and developmental frameworks, with attention to how early experiences, family systems, and current relationships shape emotional patterns today. I have training in child and family work and support clients across the lifespan in navigating anxiety, relational stress, identity questions, and life transitions. My approach is collaborative and attuned. I prioritize emotional safety and pacing, helping clients build awareness, regulation, and self-trust rather than relying on quick fixes. Therapy with me focuses on understanding patterns, strengthening relationships, and developing internal steadiness so clients can move through life with greater clarity, resilience, and connection both with themselves and others.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I value therapy that is humane, thoughtful, and deeply respectful of each person’s lived experience. I believe healing happens in relationships where curiosity, safety, and honesty are prioritized over judgment or quick solutions. I am committed to anti-oppressive, LGBTQ-affirming, and culturally responsive care, and I strive to create a space where clients feel seen in the fullness of who they are. I’m especially attuned to working with people navigating identity questions, family and relational complexity, and the tension between who they’ve been and who they’re becoming. I respect faith, spirituality, and questioning alike, and I welcome clients at any point in their journey whether rooted, uncertain, or exploring new ground.
