I work with clients experiencing anxiety that shows up as emotional overwhelm, worry, tension, or difficulty feeling settled in their bodies or relationships. Together, we slow things down to understand what your anxiety is communicating and develop greater emotional regulation, self-trust, and steadiness so anxiety no longer feels like it’s running the show.

Relationship challenges often reflect deeper attachment patterns shaped by early experiences and current stressors. I support clients navigating conflict, disconnection, people-pleasing, fear of abandonment, or difficulty expressing needs. Therapy focuses on understanding relational patterns, strengthening emotional boundaries, and building more secure, authentic connections.

I work with children, adolescents, and families navigating family stress, communication difficulties, and relational strain. My approach is developmentally informed and relational, helping families better understand emotional needs, improve attunement, and strengthen connection. I also support individuals processing family-of-origin dynamics and intergenerational patterns.

Anxiety often lives not just in thoughts, but in the body and in relationships showing up as hypervigilance, self-doubt, people-pleasing, or difficulty resting. In our work, we pay attention to both emotional and physiological responses, helping you feel safer in your body and more secure in connection. Over time, anxiety becomes more understandable and loses predominance.

My work is grounded in attachment theory, with attention to how early relationships shape emotional regulation, self-worth, and patterns in current relationships. I help clients understand attachment dynamics with compassion and clarity, strengthening emotional security, boundaries, and the capacity for deeper, more authentic connection with others and themselves.

I draw from psychodynamic therapy to help clients explore unconscious patterns, early experiences, and relational themes that influence present-day thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. This approach supports meaningful insight, emotional integration, and lasting change by addressing root causes rather than symptoms alone.

My work is informed by family systems theory, viewing individuals within the context of their family and relational environments. I support children, adolescents, adults, and families in understanding relational roles, communication patterns, and intergenerational dynamics to foster healthier connection and emotional balance.
