I hold a Master's degree in Counseling with a specialization in Art Therapy and have extensive experience working with diverse populations. My background includes supporting individuals facing anxiety, depression, and life transitions. I integrate various therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness techniques, and art-making, to tailor my approach to each client’s unique needs.
