My Background and Approach
With extensive experience and credentials, I bring a wealth of expertise to my practice. Since November 2023, I've been serving clients at Whole Mind Whole Body Health in Las Vegas, providing psychiatric evaluations, supportive therapy, and medication management. Additionally, as part of the family medicine team at University Medical Center of Southern Nevada since June 2021, I've cared for patients with a wide range of psychiatric and physical health issues. My background as a Senior Airman in the US Air Force has further honed my communication skills and ability to connect with diverse individuals.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Beyond my professional endeavors, my journey to becoming a nurse practitioner has been shaped by a desire to serve others to the fullest extent of my capabilities. My experiences in labor and delivery and the emergency department have been rewarding, but I felt compelled to address the critical need for psychiatric providers in our community. This led me to pursue advanced practice nursing, where I've found fulfillment in providing comprehensive care to those in need. I believe in the power of whole-person care and the importance of listening to patients and addressing all their concerns.
