My Background and Approach
I specialize in body positivity for those experiencing chronic and acute health conditions. I help you leave the past behind and open yourself to your true self, so you can live from choice, feel more connected to others, and experience a greater degree of satisfaction with yourself and your life. I graduated with my MSW from UC Berkeley in 1988. Undergraduate degree at UCLA, graduated 1985 with a BA in Psychology. Credentialed school psychologist. Complex trauma professional, level II. Certified Wahls Healthcare Professional.
