My Background and Approach
Adult Attachment Repair, newly known as Integrative Attachment Repair, is a personal passion. Insecure attachment styles challenge the ability to have meaningful and fulfilling relationships. The repair work changes lives in miraculous ways. The work that I do is born out of my completed Adult Attachment Repair training with Daniel P. Brown, PhD, with whom I continued under his supervision until his passing in 2022. I am currently building my depth of attachment repair work under the guidance of David S. Elliott, PhD., who is the co-author with Dan Brown of the 2016 book, Attachment Disturbances In Adults: Treatment for Comprehensive Repair. David Elliott has updated their work, and teaches it as Integrative Attachment Therapy (IAT).
