I treat eating disorders, anxiety disorders, and the co-occurring disorders that often time accompany these illnesses. Some of these tendencies are people pleasing, imposter syndrome, perfectionism, difficulties making decisions, etc. I work with my clients to cultivate better mental healthy by learning to trust their own intuition and insights.
