About My Clients
I am passionate about providing you with a safe, empathetic and non-judgmental space to help you navigate and develop the coping skills that will allow you to find your way to the best version of your self. I am committed to my clients' personal growth and change. Some of my interventions utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Mindfulness and Solution Focused Therapy.
My Background and Approach
I am Kelly a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor. Choosing a therapist is a very personal process because a good fit is necessary for growth and change. Navigating the field, as life throws us curveballs, can be stressful and overwhelming at times. You are NOT alone. Transitions, life altering events, anxiety and depression can take their toll. Throughout my 30 year career in the social service field, I have provided services in group homes, hospitals, schools, ICF-DD and in the community.
