Life in your 20's can feel like a never-ending current. Everything is constantly changing and things rarely ever feel settled. At this age, you don’t have it all figured out and half the time, you wonder if you’re even doing the right thing. Due to these overwhelming emotions, you might notice yourself pulling away from friends and family, having increased feelings of anxiety, and becoming disinterested in activities that you once loved.
My Background and Approach
As your therapist, I will help guide you on your journey and be a part of your support team. You deserve to feel confident in the decisions you make, have the grace in yourself to realize it's okay to not have it all figured out, and to have a life you look forward to living.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
As someone who has experienced my own mental health struggles, I am here to tell you that you are not alone. Navigating adulthood is scary, but life is too short to spend it feeling disconnected from loved ones, missing out on enjoyable experiences, and being overwhelmed or stressed all the time.
