About My Clients
I have a wide array of experience, working with diverse populations, including POC, people diagnosed with personality disorders, those experiencing psychosis, queer identified folks, folks with learning differences, & students with achievement struggles and imposter syndrome.
My Background and Approach
I utilize psychodynamic and humanistic therapeutic techniques, but also incorporate Cognitive Behavioral or Dialectical Behavioral Therapy if appropriate.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that every client has the capacity to actualize, heal, and lead a fulfilling life. I'm warm & collaborative, process oriented & interactive. I am not directive or authoritative. I provide a safe space for you to process your thoughts and emotions. I believe that the therapeutic relationship provides a reparative experience & facilitates healing.
