I have experience working with adolescents, adults and older adults treating depression, anxiety, substance use disorders, codependency, trauma and PTSD. I provide evidence-based treatment through a combination of CBT, DBT, mindfulness, and psychodynamic techniques. Together we will address your specific concerns with a custom-tailored, non-judgmental approach.
