My Background and Approach
I am an EMDR trained therapist, who has experience treating PTSD symptoms, Substance Use Disorders, and Sexual Assault Trauma. I have experience working with adults, teens and couples. I hold a Masters degree in Mental Health Counseling, and I am a certified Addictions Counselor. I am licensed to treat individuals within the state of South Carolina!. My role as your therapist is not to lead but to walk beside you and provide a gentle and supportive guidance for self-reflection and a move toward a place of peace, healing, and well-being. I use a strengths-based client centered approach and offer a variety of treatment modalities to meet your individual needs.
