About My Clients
Many of my clients describe themselves as “too much” or joke about being “crazy” with friends—not because they believe it, but because they’re used to feeling misunderstood, ashamed, or alone in their emotional experience. You might be someone who feels emotions intensely—rage that comes out of nowhere, a heavy sadness that doesn’t lift, or moments where you feel disconnected from reality or your body. I will work with you to untangle shame and find the self-compassion you have always deserved.
My Background and Approach
Maybe your nervous system feels like it’s constantly on high alert—or like it’s completely shut down. You’ve tried to cope, self-regulate, or make sense of it all, but nothing seems to stick. You’re not broken—and you’re not alone. I offer a unique blend of neurofeedback and counseling to support nervous system regulation and help the body move out of trauma-based neural patterns. My approach integrates somatic experiencing, IFS (parts work), sandtray therapy, and person-centered care. At the heart of my work is the relationship I build with each client. Healing happens in connection—and I bring not only a strong foundation in neuroscience and counseling education, but also deep empathy, life experience, and a genuine presence. Together, we create a space for lasting change and meaningful growth. I can't wait to get to know you and help support your journey towards healthier living.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe healing happens in spaces that are safe, inclusive, and affirming of all identities. My practice is grounded in respect for each person's lived experience, and I actively work to create an environment that is anti-oppressive, trauma-informed, and culturally responsive.
