My Background and Approach
I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor-Supervisor (LPC-S), Certified Eating Disorder Specialist-Consultant (CEDS-C), EMDR Certified, and have advanced training in Internal Family Systems (IFS). With over a decade of experience, I specialize in helping clients heal their relationship with food and body image, process trauma, navigate relationship challenges, and find steadiness through PMDD and perimenopause. My approach blends talk therapy with EMDR and IFS to go beyond surface-level problem solving. Clients often come to me after hitting a plateau in therapy—they know the language, but don’t feel real change. My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I blend talk therapy with EMDR and IFS to address the root causes of pain, not just the symptoms.
