About My Clients
If the idea of therapy feels intimidating, overly clinical, or emotionally exhausting, you are probably not alone. Many of the people I work with want therapy to feel genuine, relaxed, collaborative, and human — not like they’re being analyzed or expected to have everything figured out before showing up. I enjoy working with individuals navigating anxiety, emotional overwhelm, relationship stress, identity shifts, and major life transitions. I also have specialized training in postpartum.
My Background and Approach
I have previous experience working as a special education teacher and behavior specialist for children on the autism spectrum, supporting emotional regulation and family stress. My approach is relational, down-to-earth, and collaborative, helping clients better understand patterns, regulate emotions, and create meaningful change without feeling judged or overwhelmed. I provide individual therapy, anxiety therapy, trauma-informed therapy, and support for postpartum mothers and couples navigating perinatal mood and anxiety disorders. In addition to my professional experience, I also bring unique life experiences into my therapy and a deep understanding/compassion for what my clients bring in.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Reaching out for support can feel vulnerable, especially when you’ve been carrying things on your own for a long time. You deserve a space where you feel heard, understood, and supported. If you’re ready to explore what’s been weighing on you and move toward meaningful change, whether you’re seeking support for individual growth, relational difficulties, or life transitions–I would be honored to work with you. I believe relationships are at the heart of what it means to be human and view them as powerful sources of healing and growth. Together, we’ll work to navigate challenges, build stronger connections, and empower you to move forward with confidence and clarity. I am here to walk alongside you on your journey.
