I have worked in the foster care system for over 10 years and have worked closely with the Foster families, case managers, as well as the kids on how to help each keep the child safe but also help the child be happy with the setting that has been put in place to keep them secure and safe. I like including everyone in the process so that everybody can be on one accord and happy.

Growing for the better is not easy. I am here to assist clients in working toward their goals of wanting more and doing something with their life that they have not ever done before. Digging deep into the different areas of life, they would like to correct or adjust to living a self-fulfilling life. I explore with the client what they want and what are some things they are willing to do to get it.

Anxiety can rob a lot of us time with family and friends, work or school, or just a regular day for a walk. It can be frustrating not knowing when anxiety will rob you of another precious moment that you missed due to the feeling of being overwhelmed. I assist clients with different skills and techniques that decrease anxiety when it arises. I do more than the regular breathing techniques I also explore trigger points and where they were developed and why they exist.
