I work with individuals and families who may be facing emotional, behavioral, and relationship-related challenges that feel difficult to manage alone. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, emotionally drained, stuck in painful patterns, or unsure of how to move forward. Some are coping with trauma, anxiety, stress, or life transitions, while others are struggling with family conflict, communication difficulties, or the weight of trying to hold everything together for everyone

I am passionate about helping people navigate complex emotional, behavioral, and relational challenges in a way that feels supportive, culturally humble, and empowering. I use evidence-based approaches such as CBT, EMDR, and Motivational Interviewing to tailor treatment to each person’s unique needs and goals. My focus is on helping clients process difficult experiences, reduce distress, challenge unhelpful thought patterns, and build practical tools for healthier daily living. I strive to create a calm and welcoming space where clients feel heard, understood, and supported as they work toward healing and growth.
