This includes things like identifying fears, using positive self-talk, and learning coping skills like meditation and mindfulness practices
My Background and Approach
I am an LCSW with 20 years of experience working with children and adults of all ages. My professional and personal journey led me to value the importance of balancing physical, mental, and spiritual health. I have a background in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, yoga therapy, and life coaching and incorporate holistic practices to help manage stress.
