About My Clients
You have conflict in your relationships, you suck at setting boundaries and you people please or have trouble handling "big" emotions from those around you. Possibly your parents, a past partner or others in your life have never acknowledged your bad experiences with them and never told you "I'm sorry". You've done things that you regret, have shame, depression or low self-esteem and you're looking for healthier relationships and more joyful days.
My Background and Approach
I want you to know that, both, how you feel and those behaviors that you are ashamed about are normal based on your lived experience. You need buildable skills and emotional safety. As an attachment-based and trauma therapist, I utilize relational and brainspotting techniques to move mountains to get you to feel and function better.
