About My Clients
Are you tired of being who you think you should be instead of who you are? Do you walk around pouring into everyone's cup but yours? Have the events and repetitive cycles in your life left you feeling powerless and exhausted? You might be tired of carrying the weight of daily life alone. As your therapist, my goal is to meet you where you are & assist you with coming home to your most authentic self. No matter where you've been, healing is available to you and I'm excited to assist you!
My Background and Approach
In a safe, nonjudgemental & collaborative space, we will develop the skills you need to navigate and manage your emotions. I will encourage you to confront the hidden parts of yourself that tell you you're not good enough and are unworthy of happiness. I help clients create new stories that relieve their suffering and empower their authentic truth. It is such a courageous decision to choose differently for yourself and I’d be honored to provide teletherapy for you. If you're ready to come home to yourself, book a free 15 minute consultation with me. Looking forward to hearing your story!
