About My Clients
You may feel weighed down by negative self-talk, anxiety, or emotional disconnection, or find yourself stuck in familiar patterns that no longer fit who you are becoming. Many of my clients are navigating major life transitions, questioning their sense of purpose, identity, or career direction, or feeling unsure about what’s next. You may be reflective, motivated, and ready for meaningful change, but unsure how to move forward with clarity and self-trust.
My Background and Approach
I offer a warm, grounded, and collaborative approach to therapy that balances compassion with honest, supportive feedback.Together, we work through anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges, and inner critical voices, while building healthier self-esteem and stronger boundaries. I integrate Mindfulness, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Art Therapy, and Gottman Method principles. Therapy with me is active and holistic, supporting inner change that leads to greater fulfillment, healing, and alignment. I offer a free 15-minute consultation and currently accept young adults, adults, and couples.
