In our therapy sessions, they will not be your typical sessions where you emotionally vomit out your story while someone sits across the room nodding their head and taking notes. I will be on the edge of my chair listening to every word. I see every therapeutic relationship as an alliance and teamwork. It is vital that we remain on the same page from start to finish. My goal is to help you make sense of your perspectives, values and beliefs. My super powers are being able to remember everything you ever tell me as well as being an excellent dot connector. Life experiences teach us everything we know about the world. Together we will get to the root of your struggles and create a solid plan to place you on a path to have the life you have always wanted and deserve.

We are not the same person at the end of the day as we are when we wake up in the morning. Every day is valuable and a wonderful learning experience. I challenge myself daily to do a good deed for someone as well as to learn one new thing. When we stop learning, we stop growing. My passion is working with individuals who struggle with low self-esteem, perfectionism, and codependency. I frequently work with the LGBTQ population as well. Given the opportunity to know your story, I know I can help you make sense of everything that has happened. Together, we can get you to the place in life that you have always dreamed of. I completely believe as humans, we should do what makes us happiest where we are the happiest.
