With over three years of experience in the mental health and addiction field, I’ve had the privilege of working with individuals from all walks of life, including teens, adults in recovery, and families. I’ve helped clients navigate challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use, and relationship difficulties. I understand that life’s challenges can feel overwhelming, leaving you feeling stuck or uncertain of the next step. My goal is to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can openly explore your struggles and work toward meaningful change.I take a humanistic, culturally sensitive approach, tailoring each session to your unique needs and experiences. I integrate evidence-based tools such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing, and psychoanalytic insights to support healing and growth. Outside of my professional work, I actively advocate for mental health awareness and social equity.I stand behind all causes because I believe in fighting for equality, respect, and dignity for all individuals. I also volunteer with organizations focused on substance abuse recovery, believing that everyone deserves the chance to rebuild their life and find hope. Whether through my work or personal involvement, I am dedicated to creating a more inclusive, compassionate world where people feel safe and supported.
