About My Clients
You may be carrying stress quietly, feeling disconnected from your partner, or worrying about your child. I work with men, couples, families, children ages 5 and up, and teens navigating anxiety, ADHD, grief, emotional regulation, and relationship challenges. My clients often want a space to speak honestly, understand patterns, and find practical ways forward. Christian counseling is available upon request.
My Background and Approach
I’m Keenan Crowley, MA, a Florida Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern (IMH27091) and National Certified Counselor (NCC), practicing under the supervision of Stacey Greenberg, LCSW. I earned my master’s degree in Christian Counseling from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary. My approach is collaborative, direct, and compassionate. I draw from cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy skills, and other approaches based on your needs. Together, we explore how thoughts, emotions, and behaviors interact, then practice tools you can use between sessions. With children and teens, I incorporate play and sandtray techniques to support expression when words are difficult. With couples, I use Gottman-informed strategies and PREPARE/ENRICH to strengthen communication and connection. You can expect clear goals, honest conversations, and regular check-ins about what is helping.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe people deserve to be heard, treated with dignity, and understood within the context of their lives. Counseling should make room for difficult conversations while helping you take meaningful steps toward the life and relationships you want. As a husband and father, I value family, connection, and the everyday work of showing up for the people we love. My Christian faith is an important part of my life. When requested, I welcome conversations about faith and spirituality in counseling. Your beliefs and preferences guide whether those conversations become part of our work. I also enjoy connecting with people through my podcast, Rooted Real, where conversations explore relationships, resilience, and personal growth.
